A Monkey cant expect to produce a Kingkong, although they have some same characteristic in nature. In actual fact, Monkey can jump better than Kingkong but similarly they are low class ancestor of human being. It is only how intelligence our mind could function in all aspects and not to be trained like monkey.

其实“国情不同”根本就是废话。有哪两个国家的国情是完全一样的？没有的话，是否就代表完全不需要比较了？
