In order to settle long lasting dispute between the BN and opposition parties, it is believed the Honourable Sultan of Perak will agree to dissolve the state assembly for a new election by the people of Perak to choose and form a Strong Government at the soonest. BN should not oppose and scare of election.

苏丹当然有权利不御准州务大臣的要求解散州议会。这表示说苏丹第二次拒绝还政于民。第一次拒绝已经让苏丹名声受损，第二次拒绝，名声受损更大。就看苏丹的智慧了。

我不认为苏丹会解散州议会。
因为如果苏丹解散州议会，代表他承认自己之前是违法的。
法庭的判决尼查是合法的州务大臣就证明了苏丹之前是错的了。国阵本来可以用法庭的判决作为解套，解散州议会，就让KuLi所说的。可惜国阵继续上诉。
