9月26号，第一次参加公路赛，Newton 12KM Ｒｕｎ。跑了后，感觉良好，所以报名跑ｍｉｚｕｎｏ ｗａｖｅ ｒｕｎ。今早跑了。
１１.１１ｋｍ，跑／走了１：２４：２６，虽然没有奖牌，但比我预期的时间快。
跑了，一样感觉良好，所以刚才又报名跑CICM Ｒｅｓｐｏｎｓｉｂｌｅ Ｃａｒｅ Ｒｕｎ。１０KM。地点 Bukit Jalil。日期２８／１１／２０１０.
