EC was receiving and under watch-dog by arm-no, if another reallocation of seats in the near future, for sure they were take the big steps of cut and pace and by then majority of one population were be reduced. However, if two third majority in the Parliament house be stopped, the changes were not be done at short time.

西马也一样，很久很久以前华裔政党的权益早就给削弱了。
The same scenario happens in West Malaysia. In Putrajaya only has about 5000 voters compare to Kepong 90,000 voters! Can EC explain why ?
