I am sure Pakatan Rakyat will not miss to use 'Cowhead' issue in the 9th bi-election in Bangan Pinang to contest with UMNO for which his representative had passed away this afternoon. NS has its first bi-election after last year 308 general election and BN has only less than 2/3 majority in state assembly. It will be another 'acid test' for the ruling party as the late member only secured 2333 majority votes winning the seat against PAS candidate.
